Ganesh Chaturthi is more about bringing joy to everyone. And Rintu Kalyani Rathod has set one such example by making a 38-inch tall edible Ganesha idol that comprises 35 kg chocolate. On the day of visarjan, she will immerse the chocolate idol in milk and distribute the chocolate milk to underprivileged children.
“I hope to distribute prasad to many more people this time, so Bappa can stay in them forever. After all, Bappa’s favourite place to reside is inside us, nowhere else, ” she posted a couple of days back on Facebook. She did this last year as well and got more than 1100 devotees to drink the chocolate milk at the end of the festival.
