Goverment of India Sued The Deadly Online Game After 2 Continuous Sucides: Blue Whale Challenge

God’s own country, KERALA. It seems to be developing day by day better. This state is probably going to be the one that leads our country out of everything. Other than rivers and beautiful mountains, Kerala happens to be the state that has been a first in many things. Rather than this, other twenty eight states have not even think about it what Kerala has already did. Here we have given some outstanding things that make Kerala one of the most beautiful and finest state in our country. #1. It was declared by the U.N as the one state in the country which lies in the high Human Development Index (HDI) in the year 2013. HDI is the statistics of education, life expectancy. UN congratulated Kerala for being the first and only state in the country whose loss with regard to inequality of education was 17%. #2. Kerala is the only state that almost met the UN’s standard carrying Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) down to 6 per 1000 live births. Kerala brought down its IMR to a single digit. This means this state carrying the IMR down to 6 per 1000 live births. #3. Kerala is the first state to launch a transgender policy in the country. Kerala is the first state that launched a transgender policy in our country. During the first International Conference on Gender Equality, State Chief Secretary revealed the document of “State Policy For Transgenders In Kerala”. Just to make it effective, the Dept. of Social Justice is going to conduct a mid-term evaluation to check the policy incrementation and its result in 2018. #4. The first Transgender school is in Kerala. Sahaj International in Kochi is now known as a skill development center to transsexual school dropouts. They will be trained under the National Open School System. It's the first of its kind and will guide students through examinations equivalent to 10th and 12th. #5. In Malappuram District, a tribal village situated 400 km from Kerala was declared the first to go cashless after Demonetisation. 99% population of the village is well-known with the use of smartphones and within a month of Demonetisation, every house had at least one member who was well-trained in performing cashless transaction. #6. Kerala has been declared as the first Digital State. It carries the pride of having 100% mobile connectivity and 75% internet literacy in the past few years. Former president Mr. Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated Kerala’s digital empowerment campaign and declared it the first digital state in the country. #7. The village of Kunnamthanam is now first in the country a complete Yoga village. Villages , temples and NGOs of this village work for the title of “Complete Yoga Village”. The main motive to do so is to make Yoga an integral part of the lifestyle of the people. The village is also planning to organise a mega yoga show just to encourage more people. #8. Kerala is the first state of having 100% primary education in India. The state literacy programme Athulyam was a mega success when Kerala was declared as the first state to achieve 100% literacy in total Plus-Two Education. #9. Kerala is having the best sex ration than other countries. For every 100 men, there are 109 women. It’s one of the very few places in the world where population of women is more than men. Really, it’s commendable. #10. Kerala being the first to declare the Internet as a Human right. There has been a proposition to provide Internet to 20 lakh families free of cost or at a subsidised rate. High-speed internet connectivity is a basic right in many developed countries. Kerala is the state which is moving so fast towards a digital economy. #11. The only state in India which welcomes you with a dowry free zone. The best among all these is being the dowry free zone in India. Nilambur village of Kerala is the only one in the country that greets you with a sign board saying, “You are entering a dowry-free area”. The practice was completely removed from the village with the help of “Dump Dowry” association and informants deployed to tip off any case of dowry. This is remarkable and commendable. Kerala is the place that seem to be sensitive towards social causes and sexual minorities. Along with this, it’s also the first to raise its voice against moral policing. These points are the true examples of being the best and beautiful state in our country.
